Everyone always talks about the beauty of the Duomo di Milano but how often do you hear people raving about the Terrazza Duomo located at the top; not enough! It is something you just can’t miss if you are traveling through northern Italy. I have seen a million amazing photos at the plaza in front of the cathedral but not very many highlighting the beauty of the Terrazza Duomo. If you travel to Milan without checking out this terraces amazing view you are surely missing out.
I woke up bright and early before my flight to beat the rush and because it was a holiday we were able to get through the line pretty quickly. The Terrazza Duomo offers a lot of opportunities for unique photos and a view of the city. With so many people just aiming for the classic Duomo shot you can easily stand out by picking a different location.
