Ok, so I’m starting to notice that I have been wearing a lot of stripes lately. This is my third blog post this semester that features a striped top. I am not sure why I’m just realizing this, but it means that I am going to take full advantage and buy more striped goodies.
Something I’ve learned from my latest obsession with winter fashion is that layering is the most important thing that a girl can do to look good while staying warm in the “polar vortex.” I bought two basic turtlenecks from J Crew and I think I have worn them at least 4 times a week ever since I got them (I’ll admit, it’s getting kind of weird). Since I’ve been in New York these past few days, I have been super inspired by the clothing that has been worn by the people I pass on the streets. I can’t wait to see how many outfits I come up with after getting all of this NYC inspiration!!
